Erectile Dysfunction

Intro to ED

Erectile dysfunction (ED), also known as impotence, is the inability to sustain an  erection that is adequate enough to remain firm and penetrate.

It is a condition, with many potential causes, that can affect men of all ages, lifestyles, and activity levels.

Beyond the obvious consequences of a less than perfect sex life, ED can contribute to various relationship and mental health problems. In some cases, it can also be a sign of an underlying health condition that requires treatment.

No Hidden Meaning Here

There is nothing to be ashamed about experiencing ED. You are not weak or less of a man in any way, shape, or form.  Nor is it a sign of masculinity or self- worth. It is a common concern that I help clients with every day. That said, it is a private concern that is not always easy to talk about.

The Many Causes of ED

Because there are many causes for impotence, there are also many solutions. Erectile Dysfunction is connected to the male arousal process and can involve issues regarding  many areas of your life and body. For example, your blood vessels, emotions, brain, hormones, nerves, stress, anxiety, depression, physical tension, masturbation style, diet, sleep, medication, supplements, addiction, shame, trauma, intrusive thoughts, sexuality, fetish, partner, and even more. This long list is not an exaggeration. Treatment can be complex and tough to analyze when looking at yourself, with bias and blind spots.

My Personal Experience

I am passionate about helping men with erectile dysfunction because it is something I dealt with for about – years. For more than a decade, I spoke to medical professionals (doctors, urologists, men’s health clinics), mental health professionals (social workers, psychologists, psychotherapists), and sex coaches. I bought online content and read many books. Not to mention thousands of dollars on supplements of all kinds.

I felt extremely lonely. I felt that I was letting down my partners and was causing them low self-esteem as well as myself. I felt like I was going to lose them and was frustrated because no one had any answers.

Fortunately, this is something I have been able to overcome. I look back at the era of my life before this problem was solved and it almost feels like another life. I’ve cured myself, helped many, many others and now I am here for you.

Sex is an important part of life. It’s a part of a basic bodily mechanism to reproduce, regardless of whether someone is trying to or not. A base instinct that everyone should be able to express; and a basic pleasure that everyone on this earth should be able to experience.

I don’t want you to feel the same emotional pain that I felt. This psychological labyrinth of confusion is not a fun place to explore.

I am here to walk you through the path that will offer you the most benefit.

I know that this type of ‘stuff’ can be hard to talk about. I guarantee you a place free of judgement and full of empathy. There is nothing you can tell me that I haven’t heard before. I am here to serve you and that is a privilege I take seriously.
